Got lucky and got one before they dropped all of the extra swag. Its like a Walther, but by Canik/Century.
I was a little concerned about the safety of this firearm due to finding out about drop safe issues after I purchased it, but looks like either Prepper gun sent it back and had it upgraded or it was upgraded at some other point in the distro loop. TY PPGS much appreciated.
Only problem I had with the pistol is the trigger safety got hung up on the frame. My guess is because the trigger safety is so recessed into the trigger, but Century promptly sent labels to ship it to them so they can adjust the safety to proper operating specs.
All in all Im happy with the canik elite pistol and the service from Century and PPGS.

I carry my Sf Elite everyday, It is very accurate and well built. The only thing I didn't like was the front sight, fiber optic dot was too small for my old eyes so I put an Ameriglo night sight on the front "Smith and Wesson MP9 " size is what fits, I love it , most accurate gun I have. Also recoil spring is very strong , I would start out with some +p ammo or NATO rounds to break it in, and yes it is +p rated I contacted CANIK by email asking and a century arms rep. replied saying "Yes Sir" it is +p rated

Remember how inexpensive you could purchase the predecessor to the XDM. I believe this will eventually happen with these Caniks. The whole line-up are practically Walther Clones. Get yours before the prices go up. There is a reason they sell out so quickly.
