The VSKA rifle features an all new bolt carrier, front trunnion, and feed ramp machined from S7 tool steel and specially heat treated for maximum durability. S7, often referred to as a "Shock-Resisting Tool Steel," is commonly used for tools like chisels and jackhammer tips as it has maximum shock resistance and high compression strength, while retaining toughness. The front trunnion and bolt are machined from billet and exceeded the durability goals for the project. Additionally, the VSKA features a carburized 4140 steel bolt, a chrome-moly 4150 barrel, and sports the RAK-1 Enhanced Trigger Group for an impressive trigger pull.

Gonna give it five stars because of service and shipment. Gun finish is what I expected. Researched extensively on the pros and cons and it appears that I made a good purchase as Century corrected past faults. Kind of like buying a Audi in the late 80’s early 90’s. They fixed their problems and became top gun. Hoping this is true with my purchase of this VSKA.

Very happy with the rifle, nice features that aren't on some other AK style rifles I've had. Like the over size magazine release. Prepper gun shop is a fantastic company. The rifle was shipped very quickly and arrived quickly, flat rate shipping is very nice as well.
