Instructions are correct but need improving .Need more and larger pictures(blown up).For what this cost the instructions should be better. I wound up doing the assembly twice to get it correct. One items was the orientation of the decal on the trigger guard. Its easy to get it backwards by putting the left on the right side etc. There is only one little picture that actually shows correct orientation. Little details . I am having some issues with mine so the verdict is still out on this trigger system . My bolt is hanging up in the back position when firing. Seems to be fussy and operation hasn't been very consistent .Only had one chance to shoot 50-100rds so I looking forward to the next opportunity. I am not giving up yet. I just need more time to see if I can work the bugs out of mine.
I was a complete skeptic...

When these first came out, I thought they were just a waste of ammo with no real-world purpose. When I saw that Franklin Armory made a trigger for the 10/22, I thought if I ever tried one, this would be it. I have a 10/22 takedown with the Ruger Silent integrally suppressed barrel, and thought, why not? Just got it in and installed it this week and got to shoot it today. The install isn't bad if you just watch the video once through, then follow along the second time. First, in a former life I was a select fire instructor and have spent some time on the M4, MP5, and FN P90 platforms. This being one of the reasons why gimmicks like the bump stocks, the older style bump triggers, and (so I thought) the binary triggers would never live up to the real thing, nor be useful for anything other than blowing ammo. WELL, this changes the game. First, from a practical standpoint, the trigger itself was almost as nice as any match 10/22 trigger I've felt, so there's a plus. The kit comes with a custom blot release so you can just pull the bolt back and it will slam home without having to manipulate the bolt release and bolt at the same time like with the stock part, another plus. Finally, this IS the most fun you can have with a .22lr! Spent the afternoon with some family members and we couldn't stop shooting it. Put around 300 rounds through it and, of course, the only malfunctions were due to ammo. Running suppressed it's not a fan of subs, but most standard velocity didn't give it a problem, and anything faster it loved. One last thing, after getting used to the trigger, it is just as much of a blast to transition between multiple targets sending two rounds as it is to dump a mag. Now I'm actually considering getting one for a PCC... There is a practical side as you can treat binary mode as a practical 2 round burst. If you're on the fence, this is a luxury item. If you're needing a light on a defensive gun or something important like that, take care of it first. HOWEVER, as soon as you have the money BUY ONE! You'll be glad you did :D
