Guard Dog Body Armor’s Level IIIa ceramic 10”x12” plates are made from an ultralight UHMWPE meeting the NIJ standard 0101.06 Leve IIIa standards. These level 3a plates are single curl with a waterproof polyester cover and weigh and ultralight 15oz each! Level 3A is rated for pistol calibers of 9mmn up to 44 Magnum.
