PMC stands for “Precision Made Cartridges” and the name fits. I will buy other brands of ammo, (not all), but PMC has become my ammo of choice. I’ve always found it to be dependable and accurate. Never a failure. This non corrosive 5.56 complies with military specifications. PMC is my first choice in calibers other than 5.56 as well. It’s manufactured in South Korea by Poongsan and they have been manufacturing ammo for over fifty years. I think they’ve got it down. They manufacture all their components themselves from raw materials. Talk about an upper hand on quality control! This is some quality stuff and it’s hard to beat the price when compared to other brands. Of course, if you buy it from the wrong place you can get gouged, but if you buy it here no worries. Speaking of price, my intentions were to purchase two cases. The deal was so good at Prepper Gun Shop that I came back and bought another case. I’d buy more, but I don’t want to be labeled a hoarder.

What a deal ! I use this ammunition frequently and love it, usually my local shop can beat anyones price but at this price and free shipping it's a deal that can't be beat. I placed my order it in the morning after work and when I woke up it was on it's way to me, every time I have made a purchase with PGS they never disappoint me. I recommend PGS to everyone I know.

Price was great with free shipping since most places want 50$+ to ship ammo. But I ordered this for my buddy so he had some ammo to throw down range with me and not use up all mine lol.

This ammo is reliable and accurate and meets US Military Specifications. Be aware that this green tip has a steel core so your indoor range may not allow it. Light Armor Piercing, it doesn’t have much trouble punching a hole through a quarter inch steel plate. You might not want to use this in a competition, (you’d likely buy some high dollar stuff), but you should have no problem placing a nice group in the head of a silhouette at 100 yards. I’m an arthritic old fart with weak shaky hands and poor vision and that silhouette has seen better days when I’m through with it. This stuff runs so clean that when I get home and clean my rifle after a day at the range I simply spray a bit of cleaner down the barrel and run a rope through it a couple of times. No need to do do a more thorough cleaning until I’ve taken my firearm to the range maybe five or six times. I’ve used PMC for years and have never had a failure. I expect to keep using it for years to come. I was going to buy just two cases, but when I found such a great deal on the ammo here at Prepper Gun Shop, (nearly sixty dollars less than the nearest competitor as of the posting of this review), I just had to buy three before they came to their senses and realized what a steal this is. This is my first purchase here, but I’ll be back.

Bought this from Prepper a few weeks ago. Ordering and shipping was fast. Now have them in my favorites. Ordered this ammo after reading several reviews. Bought it for my daughter to get some trigger time using the AR and ACOG before USMC bootcamp. From 100 yards unsupported she was hitting 3" bullseyes all day using my rifle. Several 3-4 shot groups were MOA. I'll be buying more of this!
